Order change timeframe

After your order has been submitted, you have approximately 30 minutes to change certain information:<ul><li data-block-key="bm9qw">Shipping information such as name, address, or phone number</li><li data-block-key="zxyhy">Item color or size</li><li data-block-key="f0npd">Adding or removing items</li></ul>The following information cannot be changed once an order has been placed:<ul><li data-block-key="os8rs">Payment method</li><li data-block-key="6rqr7">Billing information such as name, address, or phone number</li></ul>To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service at <a href="tel:1-800-289-6229">800-289-6229</a>. Changing your order

Whether you&#x27;re signed in using your Macy&#x27;s account or you checked out as a guest, you have approximately 30 minutes to cancel your order online from the time it was submitted. Canceling an order online

Inability to cancel an order

If your order is still within the change window, you would need to cancel your current order and place a new order. The store stock will vary from location to location and some items may only be available online.If your order has already moved to fulfillment processing you will be unable to cancel the order.
