If you've submitted your return online, you can reprint your return label any time by following the steps below:

• Sign in to your profile OR if you do not have a Macy's profile, look up your order with your order number.
• Select MY ACCOUNT from the top right drop-down menu
• Select the order number that you would like to return
• In the Returns section, select Return Info & Label
• The next screen will show a QR code along with your return information. To print, select the red PRINT RETURN LABEL button.
• Print your return label and return slip, and include the return slip in the package along with the item(s) you're returning
• Attach your return label to the outside of the package - each return label can only be used for one return
• Drop off your package at any UPS drop-off location
