How do I Update my Billing Address on .com Profile

• Sign in to your "Profile"
• Upper right-hand side, hover over your name and, click, "Profile".
• Under the "Addresses " section, select "Billing Address".
• Select "Edit". A prompt to edit your address will display.
• Click “ Go to Wallet”
• Under the "Credit & Debit" Cards section, select the "pencil" icon.
• Scroll down to "billing address" section. Update billing address
• Click the "Save & Continue" button.

FYI - When you change your mailing address on your.com page, it does not change your billing address on your Macy's Credit Card. It only changes your.com purchasing profile's billing information. Please follow the steps below to change your Macy's credit card billing address.

Wallet

• Select, "Wallet" from the dropdown menu (upper right-hand side)
• Under the "Credit & Debit Card" section, select the pencil icon
• Edit your information as necessary
• Select the "Save & Continue" button

• In the Manage Credit Card section, click "Update Credit Profile"
• Click on the plus sign to expand the "Contact Information" section
• Click on "Edit" to update your billing address. Don't forget to "Save"

Update Email Address on .com Profile

• Sign in to your "Profile"
• Upper right-hand side, "hover" over your name and, click, "Profile".
• Under the "Contact/Security" section, select "Email".
• Select "Edit". Type in your "New Email" and "Current Password".
• Click “Save.”

Update Email Address on Citi Profile

• Sign in to your "Profile" on macys.com
• Upper right-hand side, hover over your name and, click, "My Account".
• Scroll to the section "Macy's Credit Card"
• Click on "View Details"
• Click on "Credit Summary" (this takes you over to Citi)
• Upper right-hand corner, click on "Credit Profile"
• Click on the plus sign to expand the "Contact Information" section
• Click on "Edit" to update your "Email" address. Don't forget to "Save"

Update Phone Number on .com Profile

• Select "Sign In" on the top right side of macys.com and log into your account with your email address and password.
• Upper right-hand side, Hover over your name and, click, "Profile".
• Under the "Contact/Security" section, select Phone .
• Select edit. Type in your "New Phone Number" and "Current Password".
• Click “Save.”

Update Phone Number on Citi Profile

• Sign in to your "Profile" on macys.com
• Upper right-hand side, hover over your name and, click, "My Account".
• Scroll to the section "Macy's Credit Card"
• Click on "View Details"
• Click on "Credit Summary" (this takes you over to Citi)
• Upper right-hand corner, click on "Credit Profile"
• Click on the plus sign to expand the "Contact Information" section
• Click on "Edit" to update your "Phone Number". Don't forget to "Save"

• Scroll down to "phone number" section. Update phone number.
• Click the "Save & Continue" button.

Forgot Password

• Click "Forgot your password" from the sign-in page and follow the on-screen instructions.
• After you create a new password, it will be active right away. You will need to use it to sign in to your Macy's account from any device.

FYI- We will send a password reset link and instructions to the email address associated with your Macy's account. Note: The password reset link will expire within a few hours. Be sure to change your password right away.

If you requested a new password but didn't receive your password-reset email:

• Try re-entering your email address.
• Check your spam or junk mail folders in your email account.

Double-check that the email address associated with your Macy's account is correct. You may want to try another email address that could have been used when you set up your account.

If you received a password reset email from Macy's but did not request it, please notify us by clicking the "please let us know" link in the password reset email.

Immediately reset your password.  If you see any unusual activity associated with your account, please contact Customer Service.
