 To turn off your paper statements, you'll need to add your Macy's Credit Card or Macy's American Express Card® to your macys.com profile.

   " on the top right side of macys.com and log into your account with your email address and password.

   In the same area of macys.com, hover over your name and click "My Account".
  </li>
  <li>
   Select the "Credit Summary" link under the "Macy's Credit Card" section.
  </li>
  <li>
   Select the "Manage Account" option from the black bar at the top of your page.
  </li>
  <li>
   Then choose the "Paperless Settings" option.
  </li>
  <li>
   Here you can enroll in Paperless Statements and Letters.
  </li>
