We offer free returns in-store or by mail. Free returns exclude Gift Cards, food, gourmet gifts, Beauty Boxes, lamps, wall art, mirrors, furniture, mattresses, Last Act merchandise and area rugs. Free returns do not apply to international orders. There is a charge for scheduled return pickup in areas offering the service.
Return to a store:
In-store returns are always free. Items purchased in a store must be returned to a store. Items purchased online can be returned by mail or to a store. Bring your original receipt.
No receipt? We can use the credit card you used to make your purchase, your return label, packing slip, order or shipping confirmation email, or registry number to look up your information for you.
At this time, we are unable to process returns curbside.
Return by mail:
Mailed returns are free for Star Rewards members. For all other customers, a fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Please include only the items listed on your return label in the corresponding package. If you have multiple return labels, return items in separate package and apply the correct return label to each package to ensure you receive your refund without further delays.
